With over 20 years spent installing and repairing warehouse racking, it was a natural next step to combine my practical experience with a SEMA training programme to become SARI certified. I now consult on racking installation and offer racking safety inspection service. I own the business and take pride in delivering a high-quality personal service.
Having worked in just about every warehouse environment in the UK, I have a comprehensive understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced by warehousing managers and PRRS (person responsible for racking safety) staff alike. When on site I work independently and unobtrusively and report to you promptly.

RACKING SAFETY INSPECTION SERVICE SUMMARY
Physical on-site safety inspection of most racking and shelving systems:
Costs: I charge a set day rate. Depending on the warehouse I expect to inspect somewhere between 100-150 bays a day working to the check list and protocols established by SEMA. As such, every job is slightly different and I quote you accordingly.
Checklist
I’ll provide a detailed written health check you can easily understand.
Survey
I’ll survey storage areas and flag condition of any racking that’s a cause of concern.
Consultation
I’ll consult on required outcomes and recommended remediation.
